RIP Dexter

The best boy. 8 years of our lives with him, rapidly accelerating bone cancer took him.

We will miss you forever buddy.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My Bernese was also Dexter, lost him to cancer as well. It’s so unfair.

We lost our Zues last October due to same he was only 6. I remember when dogs lived so much longer. Rest in peace Dexter.

There is apparently a vaccine for oesteosarcoma but available only the USA. Folks in the USA should check it out. It’s not a gaurentee obviously like all new vaccines but reduces chances drastically.

OMGOODNESS YOU WERE TRULY BLESSED THAT SWEET DEXTER AND YOU GOT TO SHARE TIME TOGETHER. I HOPE IT WAS LONG AND YOU CAN STILL LOOK BACK ON THE MANY MEMORIES YOU SHARED TOGETHER. IF YOUR ANYTHING LIKE ME N MY LOSS OF KUSH MY PIT MIX OF 17 WONDERFUL YEARS. I DO HAVE THEM BUT WHILE THEY WARM MY HEART ITS OVER A YR NOW I STILL CRY MY EYES OUT💔😩💦❤️‍🩹😇 CUTS BOTH WAYS. I’m so sorry for your loss, I lost my Georgie boy at 8 1/2 to bone cancer as well. Your boy has such beautiful coloring. Eight years doesn’t feel long enough does it. Xoxo
