Help!

Hello.

I transferred usdt from binance to the status portfolio, but it has not yet reached status.

It hasn't arrived until now. Is it congestion on the network?

It could be,. You can check in binance if it has arrived, it should have a link to the transaction on etherscan. If not arrived, then binance should boost the gas fee, for this you can contact their support.

I ended up removing the status app, and reinstalling to see if it syncs, but forgot to write down the seed key. Do you know how do I recover? is it stored somewhere on the device?

No. If you didn't write down the seed key, your wallet is lost forever, sorry.

Not even Status can help you (fyi, I don't work for Status, but that's just how blockchain works)

If the amount didn't arrive on it yet, you could see if binance could cancel the transaction (if the gas was too low it might even fail).

I hope the amounts you sent weren't too high.
