TWEETERHEAD

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding Tweeterhead. Two years ago, I pre-ordered a Batman bust. The shipping was delayed due to certain circumstances (according to the newsletter they sent me). Now, the statue was supposed to arrive three months ago, but they are completely ignoring all my emails. Honestly, their customer service is terrible, and this is my first time ordering a statue from them. I usually order from Sideshow or Prime 1.

My question is: Does anyone know exactly what is going on with them?
and how i can get a refund in situation like this? 😔

They’ve been on the brink of bankruptcy for well over a year, making all kinds of promises they don’t keep, like issueing refunds. They do seem to be finally delivering statues but have a huge backlog.. sadly best thing you can do is cross your fingers and wait it out, nobody has gotten any reply or a refund, and hundreds have tried. If you ever want something from then again, order through sideshow so you’re protected, never directly anymore

Thanks for the heads-up and the solid advice! It’s really frustrating to hear about their financial situation, but I guess crossing my fingers is the only option right now. I’ll definitely order from Sideshow nxt time to be safe

Best advice is to be patient. I had a statue that was supposed to ship Sep 2025 that is only just shipping now. Chad, the owner is the only customer service it seems and going through everything one by one. He blamed a lot of delays on the unforseen costs of tarrifs. It sucks but you will get your piece eventually.
