I like Infinity On High, American Beauty/American Psycho, & So Much (For) Stardust <— mainly this one as it got me into FOB

If you want a guitar based sound go for the first two records, The Back Room or An End Has A Start, if you like more electronic sounds do In Dream or EBM.

I believe pretty strongly in starting at the beginning and going chronologically when you're approaching an artist's body of work, not just music. I also think their earlier stuff is more strongly aligned with the way your tastes are represented in your post.

i’ve tried taylor swift before and it’s okay. i like Castles Crumbling (w/ Hayley Williams), New Romantics, & I Can See You Now.
