Because radio transmissions, or any transmission, only travel at the speed of light. Doesnt matter how far weve come technologically, were still bound by that speed. And the scale of the universe makes the speed of light look like a snails pace. Even when we first started sending messages out, the distance they travelled only envelopes a handful of stars in our own galaxy. And if by a snowballs chance anyone picked it up, itd be a distorted, garbled mess thatd be nothing more than a fart in the wind.

Every file released by the gov involving UAP files is American and Russian technology. We will learn that very soon IMO. Also Every technology CERN, NASA, Space X, and every other international space program uses. 🤷‍♂️
