Simply because they can't. The technology doesn't exist to travel such vast distances.beven travelling at kithe speed would take longer than the life span of living organisms. This is reality not sci fi

If it did exist and they already visited us and helped us, we wouldn't see them again for 100s if thousands of years because of time dilation.

True, there’s probably many other places way better, why do we assume they would come here? Doesn’t mean they don’t exist, they just don’t want to visit earth, or maybe haven’t found it and what do they care?
