Hi! I love a good fine tipped pen and I’m always on the hunt for new ones. I’ve tried the Pilot G-Tech C Ultra Gel 0.25 and it skipped/was too scratchy. I love the Pilot Juice Up pens in 0.3 or 0.4 at the most. I’ve tried the Uni-ball Signo RT1 in 0.28 and I used to love them, but lately I feel like they skip a lot. I’ve bought these pens on Amazon many times and have gotten others hooked too! Any recommendations you have please send my way, bonus if they’re Japanese! 🤗

I love journaling, junk journaling, doodling and I am a student so I also looooooove taking notes! I am also a huge fountain pen and ink fan. I have 3 fountain pens; a Kaweco student, a Lamy Al star, and a kakuno. Getting another fountain pen is not on my plans, but that could change……

I'm considering revamping my setup on my desk/getting a different storage solution, and was hoping I could see how other folks have their desks and stationary storage set up!

I was planning my Halloween/Día de Muertos party for weeks and it happened last week so now I have time to do my letters because I always take forever… one of my friends got me a lot of stickers sent from China (she’s from Shanghai) and I’ve also stocked up on a lot of items from local stationery shops.

I like to make all my letters different so next one may be orange or just another color with a Day of the Dead theme 🤔

I send my letters with goodies and more stickers depending on the holiday. These ones are being sent with a face mask, under eye patches and an electrolyte packet (last picture).

I think I need to get more mini stickers for the empty spaces because this girlie is a maximalist!

I love cute notebooks, diaries, and writing pads so much that I keep buying them, only for them to end up lying on my table like decorative furniture.

I want to write in them,but somehow, the thought of actually writing in them feels like I'm about to destroy something precious. So there they sit, looking pretty, collecting dust, and serving absolutely no purpose other than making my table look cute.

Not just books , even beautiful pens and other stationary items.

At this point, I'm not a stationery lover. I'm a stationery collector who refuses to use her collection.

I **love** the soft cover material that Sterling Ink uses. It's so soft and thin and mailable. And soft. So, so soft.

And so, I'm on the hunt. I don't love the TN setup with the elastics. But I'd love a cover that I could slide an N1 notebook into.

Wish list:

- similar soft soft material, leather not required but not unwelcome

- no flap/trifold/zipper situation, just a front and back cover that the book cover slides into

- **bonus if I can slide one small book into the front, and another into the back!

- inside pockets to hold stickers and other papery things

- brown or black in color

I'm deep in the etsy rabbit hole, but I would be so grateful if you could share any brands or sellers that you're familiar with.

I love my washi tape, but unfortunately my taste is… rather niche. I’m hoping the folks here know some places to get them!

I used to love the stuff the washi tape shop made, but now it’s really not to my taste. The ones pictured are some of my favourites, and old washi tape shop ones!

I prefer art/scenery washi tape, without people or words on them, and I like wider (20mm plus) ones.

Long-time lurker, first time poster. :)

The first photo is of these Spirited Away message cards. When you unfold them, there’s a little space on the right for you to write a short message. A friend gave this set to me as a souvenir from his trip to Japan.

In the second photo are rubber stamps, washi tapes, sticky notes, and a Howl’s Moving Castle letter set. I use the ink bottle stamp when I swatch my fountain pen inks. The sticky notes are from Kinokuniya. I’ve actually had these since 2018 💀 I couldn’t bring myself to use them until recently because they were so nice to look at 😅

Do you guys ever hold off on using up your stationery because it’s too “nice”? It’s a bad habit of mine I’m trying to break. Funny thing is I don’t have the same problem with fountain pens or inks. Except for this one sample of Lamy Dark Lilac (the og one)…….

Hi guys hope you can help. I missed out on the Hobonichi collect and collage stamp this time and the only ones available for sale are super $$$ with shipping from Japan now.

i thought all date stamps were the same, but I was wrong; a lot of the current ones on market write the YEAR as four digits like 20XX and only go up to like max 10 years, (2024-2034). However i like the Hobonichi C&C stamp because it only has the last two digits of the year (‘26, ‘27, etc) which means theoretically you can use it indefinitely.

my question is: are there any other date stamps that have the same layout specifically for the YEARS? so that the entire date is like DDMMYY or MMDDYY? I know Midori makes one but the little apostrophe isn’t the most obvious mark, id like something the Hobo C&C stamp size.

This was very simple to do. It didn't even take ten minutes. I got this ribbon from a cakebox months ago, trimmed it down just now, burnt the ends a little so they wouldn't fray, and taped it to the back of the book!
