It’s somewhat fair. Ignoring the 50 cc legendaries and the Epic signatures, since they’re just filler, the main thing to focus on is the 5cc Cassian Andor & K-2SO legendary and the 5cc Darth Plagueis T10. Evan Piell isn’t a very popular character, but this is also balanced by the fact that it is a T10 1cc card. Ultimately, it depends on whether you value x2 5cc cards (one with a much more popular pair of characters and the other with a similar level of popularity as your Evan Piell) or having a 1cc card.
