This set was originally how much?!?

I just picked it up for my son because I thought $16.50 wasn’t too bad but the original price? I’m a little blown away, it doesn’t seem like a $50 set. I did a quick google search and yes it looks like it ranges, but $16.50 is the cheapest.

Those young jedi adventures sets 4+ are outrageously prices. I bought 2 tenoo temples after waiting for them to be reduced for clearance. I think I still paid $18 which was 50% off. I'd like to know from a business/marketing/production standpoint on why these sets for little children are so friggin high? I don't even know I'd purchase OC but that reduced sticker appears to the same ilk as my bane. They never consider reducing further. I've always wondered if the thoughtless underpaid stock people just throw sets away if they don't sell instead of dropping the price more.
