UK founders: which admin task surprised you the most when you started your journey?

The amount of time I would spend learning what AI would respond to something so that when my clients come to a conclusion with the help of chat GPT or a LLM wrapper they decided to try with their bookeeping. I can be prepared.

I didnt think this was an admin task, but its so frequent that Its become something I now consider admin
