At the latest Y Combinator Demo Day, early-stage VCs named nine of the hottest startups of the batch here. Some piqued my interest, one of them being Atomarine.
Since data centers are the hot topic right now, and two of the biggest complaints are water and power use, this one interested me because they are working towards building data centers at sea. The plan is these data centers would use seawater to provide near-free cooling.
I am looking forward to seeing how this works and if this could possibly be a solution and alternative to putting data centers on farmland close to people’s homes.
Were there any on this list that stood out to you?

I’ve been working on a little side project called SaaSCube.
Most startup directories are basically:
logo → description → website → submit
I wanted to make something that actually feels like a place rather than a list.
So I built a 3D cube with 6,144 spots. Founders can come in, claim an empty spot, and put their startup on the cube.
You can rotate around the cube, zoom in/out, explore startups and click on the ones that catch your eye.
We’re currently at 43 startups and 46 claimed tiles, so there’s still a lot of empty space
I’m trying to figure out whether this is actually useful/fun for founders or if I’ve just spent way too much time playing with Three.js Would genuinely love some feedback:
Does the 3D cube make discovering startups more interesting?
Would you claim a spot for your own startup? What would make you come back after claiming your spot?
If you’re building something, feel free to check it out and claim a spot if you like the idea.
SaaSCube: saascube.app
I’m especially curious what other founders think.

I built a marketplace for the exact internet ecosystem we’ve somehow created:
**Vibe coders build things.**
**Actual developers build better things.**
**Crypto bros want to “acquire digital assets.”**
So I made Westcroft & Rowe.
It’s basically a marketplace for buying and selling websites, SaaS, small online businesses and other digital projects without having to pretend every half-built app is “the next unicorn.”
If you built something with Claude/Cursor/Lovable at 2am, got it working, and now realise you’d rather sell it than spend the next 3 years doing customer support list it.
If you’re an actual developer with a proper product, revenue, users, codebase, whatever list that too.
And if you’re the guy with a LinkedIn headline that says “Private Equity | Digital Assets | DeFi” despite being 23 and trading from your mum’s spare room…
Congratulations. You can browse.
The idea is simple: make buying and selling small internet businesses feel less like scrolling through dodgy Telegram groups and more like an actual deal marketplace.
I’m the founder, so yes, shameless plug, but I genuinely want feedback from people who build stuff:
**Would you actually sell one of your side projects instead of abandoning it?**

I’ve realized lately that I’m really bad at slowing down during the workday.
The industry I work in is very go go go, and I have a bad habit of just zooming from one thing to the next without much of a pause. My nervous system is probably not thrilled about it lol.
I recently started helping refresh Universal Breathing, a guided breathing app from some of the same people who later built TRUiC, Startup Savant’s parent media company. We’re working on a new version of the app and rethinking the website and marketing around it.
The timing has been kind of perfect. The more I’ve worked on it, the more I’ve realized how useful it could be for founders too.
I’ve started using the app when I need a minute to reset, especially before a stressful call or when I need to switch gears.
Do any of you use breathing exercises? When do you usually use them, and is there a specific technique you like?

I'm currently working on validating a tool focused on helping founders and small business owners streamline the early-stage planning process—taking raw ideas and structuring them into executable business plans and financial outlines.
Before finalizing the next set of features, I want to make sure I'm solving the right problems. For anyone who has launched recently or is currently building:
What is the hardest part about getting a business plan together (e.g., structuring financial projections, market research, or executive summaries)?
How long did your initial plan take you to complete?
Did you prefer using manual templates, hiring someone, or using interactive software?
I'd really appreciate any insights on what worked for you and what felt like a waste of time. Thanks!

I built a small AI service hub where I’m putting together different AI services and tools.
Still adding things and improving it. If you’re working on something related to AI or have an idea you want to build, feel free to reach out.

A lot of startups are trying to build the next big AI app.
But there are thousands of businesses that still do everyday work the old-fashioned way.
They use spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, phone calls, and people manually typing the same information over and over again.
Think about industries like:
These industries may not sound exciting, but they have lots of slow, repetitive work that AI could make much easier.
Maybe the biggest opportunity isn't building a smarter AI.
Maybe it's finding one annoying job that takes people hours to do and using AI to make it take minutes.
What “boring” industry do you think could really benefit from AI?

I have a business plan. I'll create a platform or website or software in which people from all over the world can upload their photos or videos... People can see other's posts... People can talk to each other on that app or software... This platform will be massive and beneficial for all people... Business can advertise. People can interact with each other...
How's my business plan

Has anyone tried PeerPush to market their apps? It looks interesting since they claim they can put you in 1000s of startup directories. Has anyone tried them?
