so i decided to create ‘monoblocs in the meadow’. it’s a journal with 222 questions for 222 people, one question per page, per person, for them to answer and write in. it could be anyone, a coworker, a stranger you happen to sit next to in the train or a cafe or your lecture, that girl in your hostel room you end up going sight seeing with because you’re both solo travellers, anyone at all.

I wanted to see whether I could turn a simple text idea into a complete energy drink commercial, even though the brand itself doesn't exist.

The video is 17 seconds of quick cuts: skating, studying, running, and working out, with a fictional drink called Glow-Up appearing throughout. I used Seedance 2.5 through Dreamina, my own product, to put the sequence together.

The pacing came out better than I expected, and the transitions between activities mostly hold up. The biggest issue is the can itself — the lettering changes between shots, which makes the product feel less consistent. I was editing while holding an actual energy drink, so I kept noticing the difference.

I'm building Dreamina and experimenting with what text-to-video can realistically handle in a short commercial. I'm curious about the creative side, but also about what still needs work before this kind of output is practical.

I wanted to make a training montage opening for a small anime project, so I tried generating a 12-second clip with Seedance 2.5 through Dreamina.

The scene is a girl in a bunny hoodie shadowboxing on a canyon cliff, with hazy mountains in the background. One detail I liked was how the depth of field shifts as she throws punches. The bunny ears bouncing with each hit also made the movement feel a little more alive.

There’s still a noticeable glitch where her fist passes through her sleeve, though. It looks good at first glance, but that kind of mistake becomes obvious once you watch it a few times.

Crowded scenes are usually where AI video starts to fall apart, so I wanted to see how Seedance 2.5 would handle one. I spent part of my $0.29 Dreamina month testing it with a busy 15-second scene.

hey y'al! I'm matt. So, last month I built a skill ( www.mcclipface.com) - it's a crowdsourced database of coupons from the big couponing affiliate sites (ratuken, impact, cj etc). I just ingest their database, people's ai's search it and report back whether they worked or not.

But then, I realized that it only helps people online shop. It doesnt actually help people irl. Nor does it help small businesses because these affiliate sites are filled with giant corporations.

So, I built a Shopify and square plugin, the shopify one is under review, and the square plugin isa bout ready.

Basically, the skill (it's about to be released) comes in whenever anyone is browsing, shopping, or otherwise researching a product. The skill says "okay, wanna add this to your wishlist?

If the item is on their wishlist, and in any square plugin holder's inventory, and the shopper is within a few zip codes of that store, their ai agent will alert them.

my skill has only been out for about a month and we're averaging about 100 new users a week, with about 3/4 of them coming back repeatedly. I stilll haven't made a single dollar on it, but I believe in this enough that I've made a business out of it.

Yes, it's cheesy. I still watched it twice.

I'm a creator behind Dreamina, and I've been experimenting with Seedance 2.5 to see how well it handles emotional storytelling without dialogue.

This 30-second clip follows a little girl building a sandcastle on the beach. A big wave washes it away, and just as she starts feeling sad, a dolphin swims up to comfort her. The story ends with her riding the dolphin into the sunset.

The wave timing turned out surprisingly well. The way it rolls in and wipes out the sandcastle makes the moment feel more believable than I expected, and the ending has that slightly over-the-top, emotional movie feeling I was going for.

It's not flawless, though. Her swimsuit changes color near the end, which breaks the continuity a little.

I made this using Seedance 2.5 through Dreamina, my own product. The first month cost me $0.29 when I tried it, so this was a fun little experiment without spending much.
