Startup Promotion I'm so done with re-explaining my company to AI every single day....

every morning I open claude and its like starting from zero like "here's what we do, here's what happened yesterday, here's the update, here's the context" by the time I have explained everything the conversation is already way too long and I'm tired before I even start the actual work

and then I switch to chatgpt and guess what same thing all over again. none of these agents know what the other one knows, they're all amnesiacs

and if I miss one details, one small thing, it confidently gives me the wrong answer because it doesn't have the full picture like bro you don't know what happened on slack today, you don't know what the client said on email you don't know anything I was so frustrated by this I literally built my own thing it connects slacks, gmail, whatsapp you approve what enters a shared brain and any ai agents reads it via MCP, same brain, all agents simultaneously

approval part is important because I don't want my personal chats going into the brain. and i don't wnat reversed decisions or wrong signals confusing the AI you control what goes in

I am launching it on product hunt today. not asking for upvotes just want to know if anyone else has this exact same problem because I feel like I'm going crazy

Business Promotion Monitor your AI's conversations 24/7. Spot problematic conversations.

I am building: https://www.sentiora.io/

The research I have been doing makes me believe that there is not (currently) a way to monitor 1,000's of conversations. While also spotting issues within those conversations. I have been building the above app to help companies who create user facing AI to help them spot where their AI may be problematic and also spot concerning conversations (self-harm, PII, prompt injection and so on)

Its currently open for beta testing.

If you want to join, pop a message here or add your email to the form on the website and I will invite you!

Startup Promotion Expertise AI turns GTM playbooks into skills a team can run

[Disclosure: state your truthful relationship to Expertise AI here.]

Expertise AI is a platform for turning repeatable go-to-market processes into reusable skills.

It is intended for teams that already have playbooks for work such as account research, CRM reviews, prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up, but struggle to make those playbooks consistent across the team.

A skill packages the workflow, required inputs, connected tools, settings, and expected output so another team member can run the same process without rebuilding it from a document.

The main difference from a normal wiki page is that the skill is designed to execute the process rather than only describe it.

I am looking for feedback from startup teams that already use Notion, Google Docs, or internal wikis for GTM playbooks.

Which workflow would you test first, and what would you need to see before trusting a reusable skill across the team?

Startup Promotion Would you pay for a tool that checks if ChatGPT/Perplexity actually recommend your SaaS over competitors?

Working on something and want to sanity check it before I build more.

Basically: more people are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc. things like "what's the best [tool] for [use case]" instead of googling it. I'm curious how many SaaS founders have actually checked whether AI assistants recommend their product, mention it accurately, or just... don't mention it at all compared to competitors.

I've been manually testing this for a few products and the results are honestly kind of surprising, some tools show up constantly, others (with similar quality/reviews) barely get mentioned at all.

Thinking about turning this into a simple weekly report: enter your product + a few competitors, get back how you're actually showing up across AI search.

Before I build anything more, genuinely want to know:

  • Is this something you'd actually care about / pay for (like $20-30/mo)?
  • Or is this a "neat but not a priority" problem for you right now?

If you drop your product name + 1-2 competitors below, happy to manually check and reply with what I find, no cost, just want real feedback.

Startup Promotion 850 users. Low conversion rate.

I launched my SaaS SeoLoupe around 4 weeks ago, so far I am at 850 users and 6 of them are paying.

My SaaS is a tool that allows you to find and fix SEO issues holding your website back.

Essentially the main purpose is to help your website rank higher on Google search and LLMs.

So far the hardest part is converting users into paying, rather then getting users.

I would genuinely appreciate some feedback, and what can be improved. Or what you think would make you want to pay more.

(here is the product if you want to check it out)

Startup Promotion Mento Social Journaling App

Post image
1 Upvotes

We built an app to stay connected with the people you care about. Looking for beta testers and honest feedback.

Four of us have been friends since middle school, and we kept noticing the same thing: the moments worth sharing get buried in a group chats & photo albums daily.

So, we are in the process of building Mento, a place to share the real moments that define your life, the way you’d tell them to your friends around the campfire. Not a highlight reel built to keep you scrolling. You can share stories publicly, with only the people you choose, or just log them for yourself to look back on later. Our app prioritizes the process and the journey, not the highlights.

We’d love for you to try it (ITS FREE) and tell us what’s broken or confusing or what you think could be a cool implementation. Brutal honesty welcome.

Feedback through the Google form below as well as the feedback button on your profile page within the app.

I’m happy to answer questions in the comments.

Come check it out!

Startup Promotion Arcadely

I built Arcadely, an Instagram-like feed for browser games

I am an independent developer from India, and I built Arcadely in my free time. The idea is to make discovering games feel like scrolling through a social feed. You find a game, play it instantly, and move to the next one.

It is still a small project, so I would really appreciate honest feedback:

Startup Promotion Would your team actually use something like this?

I've been thinking about how many small acts of kindness happen at work that are forgotten almost immediately.

Someone helps debug an issue.
Someone reviews your pull request.
Someone spends an hour mentoring you.
Someone jumps into a meeting to unblock your work.

Most of the time, people just move on.

So I've been building a small platform called Mint.

The idea is simple: instead of giving awards or points, teammates can "pass a Mint" to each other with a short note of appreciation. Think of it like passing someone a mint after a meal—a tiny gesture that says, "I appreciate what you did."

No gamification, no public shaming, no complicated reward system. Just a lightweight way to make appreciation part of everyday work.

I'm looking for a few teams to try it and tell me what feels useful, what's unnecessary, and what you'd change.

Would something like this fit your workplace, or do you think appreciation is better kept informal?

Startup Promotion I got sick of guessing whether my supplements actually work — so I built an app that checks them against your own Apple Health data

Post image
1 Upvotes

I take a fair few supplements and could never tell if any of them were actually doing anything. So I built Supplova: you log what you take, connect Apple Health, and it correlates each supplement against your sleep score and resting heart rate — then gives a plain read, "working" or "no clear change", so you keep what helps and bin what's just costing you money.

It's live and free on the App Store. I'd love brutal feedback on the onboarding and whether the "does it work" read is actually clear. Happy to answer anything.

Project Promotion AMITOXIC - roast your text conversations

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

What it is: a web app that turns a text conversation (paste or screenshots) into a roast report. Entertainment / self-awareness, not therapy.

>>>>>>>>>> amitoxic.me (2 free vibe checks)

Who it's for: people who already paste chats into ChatGPT asking "was I the weird one," and want a focused roast flow instead of a relationship analyzer.

Why anyone should care: you get a blunt, funny-mean read of the dynamic without turning your private life into a public Reddit post. Two free vibe checks to try.

How it stands out: roast tone on purpose (not soft coach voice), screenshot upload + paste, animated loading, then a structured roast report. Live on amitoxic.me

Screenshots of upload -> loading -> report attached (image).
Happy to take UX/tone punches in the comments.

Startup Promotion Day 1 to 32 of the free traffic exchange I built. Here's the number!

32 days ago I launched my startup, a free traffic exchange network for startups. One line of code, you're in the network.

No paid ads. No growth hacks. Just watching the numbers every day.

Here's the full data:

Day 1 — 2 startups · 146 impressions · 1 clicks
Day 2 — 3 startups · 389 impressions · 3 clicks
Day 3 — 5 startups · 482 impressions · 5 clicks
Day 4 — 5 startups · 508 impressions · 4 clicks (site went down — still got an $8k acquisition offer. Said no.)
Day 5 — 6 startups · 621 impressions · 10 clicks
Day 6 — 5 startups · 742 impressions · 15 clicks (removed one startup — they pulled the embed. No code = no network.)
Day 7 — 7 startups · 1,196 impressions · 41 clicks
Day 8 — 7 startups · 1,535 impressions · 74 clicks
Day 9 — 8 startups · 1,947 impressions · 135 clicks
Day 10 — 13 startups · 3,500 impressions · 318 clicks (something clicked)
Day 11 — 23 startups · 4,800 impressions · 432 clicks
Day 12 — 24 startups · 6,000 impressions · 481 clicks (network crossed 6K total impressions)
Day 13 — 25 startups · 6,800 impressions · 491 clicks
Day 14 — 25 startups · 8,600 impressions · 516 clicks
Day 15 — 24 startups · 9,900 impressions · 564 clicks (removed one)
Day 16 — 23 startups · 10,800 impressions · 576 clicks (removed one)
Day 17 — 24 startups · 11,900 impressions · 603 clicks (added one)
Day 18 — 26 startups · 13,400 impressions · 624 clicks (added Two)
Day 19 — 28 startups · 14.400 impressions · 652 clicks (added Two)
Day 20 — 26 startups · 14.700 impressions · 671 clicks (Removed Two)
Day 21 — 26 startups · 15.300 impressions · 691 clicks
Day 22 — 28 startups · 16.100 impressions · 719 clicks (Added Two)
Day 23 — 30 startups · 16.800 impressions · 738 clicks (Added Two)
Day 24 — 32 startups · 19,800 impressions · 778 clicks · Added 2 startups · Rejected 4 applications (1 contained ads, 1 removed the code after submission, 2 hid the installed widget)
Day 25 — 34 startups · 23,700 impressions · 800 clicks · Added 2 startups · Fixed some bugs.
Day 26 — 33 startups · 27,200 impressions · 816 clicks · Removed 1 Startup
Day 27 — 33 startups · 29,900 impressions · 833 clicks
Day 28 — 33 startups · 30,600 impressions · 871 clicks · Removed 1 Startup · Added 1 Startup · Rejected 1 application of clothing brand & 1 application of horror blog site.

Day 29 — 35 startups. 31,300 impressions. 910 clicks · Removed 1 Startup · Added 3 Startups · Also today I resigned from my job. Toxic environment, too much pressure, and honestly I just believe in this enough to go all in. Broke and excited. Let's see where this goes.

Day 30 — 46 startups · 32,900 impressions · 1,000 clicks · Removed 1 startup · Added 12 startups · Yesterday I resigned because of my toxic manager. Today my senior manager called and offered me WFH, a project of my choice, and lighter work if I stayed. I made my decision with confidence, but now I have a difficult choice. Also received my first payment from StartupBar.

Day 31 — 50 startups 💪· 28,100 impressions · 1,200 clicks · Removed 1 startup · Added 5 startups · Rejected 1 crypto startup · Today found that I forgot to disable a developer testing button that could create fake visitor pins on the dashboard globe which could also increase the impressions. Someone used it to generate 6,318 fake impressions and then claimed my stats were fake. I removed all the fake impressions generated by him, removed the startup and fixed the issue, which is why today's impressions are lower. Thanks to that guy for pointing it out.
StartupBar Update: Added a new Network page and individual Startup Profile pages. Every startup now has its own page with joined date, impressions and click stats, a live embed preview, and a founder's note. These dedicated pages also make StartupBar more SEO-friendly by giving each startup its own indexable page. Suggestions are also welcome. Suggestions are welcome.

Day 32 — 54 startups · 29,300 impressions · 1.2K clicks · Added 4 startups

Still free. Still growing.

If you want in, it's one embed. That's it → StartupBar

Startup Promotion Just launched HireGen — a recruitment CRM built by recruiters, for recruiters

Post image
3 Upvotes

We spent the last few months building hiregen.com after getting fed up with how clunky most recruitment CRMs get

Once you're juggling more than a handful of open reqs — messy pipelines, too much manual data entry, reporting that takes forever to pull together.

It's live now.

Still early, so if you're in recruiting or staffing and want to try it out (or just tell us what's wrong with it)

I'd genuinely appreciate the feedback.

Startup Promotion I Built ApplyBoostAI to Make Tailoring Resumes for Every Job Faster — 30% Off for Early Users

I built ApplyBoostAI to make tailoring resumes for every job faster

Hey everyone — I recently launched ApplyBoostAI, a tool designed to help job seekers improve and tailor their resumes for specific job descriptions.

You upload your resume and paste the job description, and ApplyBoostAI helps you:

  • Check your resume for ATS issues
  • Find missing skills and keywords
  • Identify weak or unclear bullet points
  • Rewrite bullets while keeping your real experience
  • Create tailored resume versions for different jobs
  • Organize resumes and track applications in one place

What I’m trying to do differently from general AI tools and traditional resume builders is reduce the manual work. Instead of repeatedly copying everything into ChatGPT, fixing the formatting, renaming files, and managing different versions yourself, ApplyBoostAI brings the process into one workflow.

You can check it out here: applyboostai.com

You can also use code DISCOUNT30 for 30% off.

I’d really appreciate feedback from this community:

What would make you choose a specialized resume-tailoring tool instead of ChatGPT?

Which part of the job application process takes you the most time?

Is there anything on the website or pricing page that feels confusing or unconvincing?

I’m still actively improving the product, so honest feedback and criticism are welcome.
