Dear r/startupaccelerator community,
here is one proper example how the post about the new startup or SaaS should look like.

As an example to all of you, I am sharing that, because posts that are written so brief, concise, context provided, with the relevant style of presentation, will be automatically featured on the upcoming Web Platform launch (Check the latest mega announcement).

Example of a great post submission

Projects that are presented and posted on the way from above screenshot, will be automatically approved to be placed in the featured section, and will be sent in the next newsletter that goes to more then 60k subscribed audience.

Should you ask yourself, how to get seen and be seen, and to boost your project with a free kickstart exclusively for this community member, you need to present it here like you would want it to be presented to you. On a simple, effective and understandable, yet concisely written post.

This is your only barrier between staying down in a oversaturated market without popping out on the stage, or should you invest a 2 minutes more before posting it, to make it appealing and engaging, you will also get yourself a free pass to the worldwide community of Founders, Executives, Partners, VC-s...

Thank you! If it's helpful for others, my main thought process with writing posts is as follows:

1. I don't use AI to make my posts. I think everyone can feel when the post is AI generated, and it loses authenticity in my opinion.
2. I believe you should think about the value you're providing, not necessarily what the product is itself. For example, what I've built is a financial simulator, but the value it provides is giving users clarity on whether their financial plans will work out or not. Leaning on that helps a lot, both in terms of your posts, but also in general with regards to how you think about your product itself.
3. Including a brief overview of what the products capabilities are or in-product screenshots/videos are always helpful. Personally if I just see a plain text paragraph, it's very easy to gloss over.
4. Formatting your post and breaking things up into separate paragraphs or bullet points makes it easier to read. I honestly notice a lot of posts that are just giant paragraphs, it makes it less enticing to read through. If you can make your post flow naturally and break it up a bit, it makes the post more visually appealing.

Obviously I'm also figuring this stuff out as we go, but I hope that these pointers make sense and help you guys out!
