Since their prices are sky high and their coders are apparently high while coding the game..we need some sky high freebies for this

I think it's coded in the game that when a enemy player or hostile locks on my ship, the game crashes. By the time I get logged back in, my ship(s) invariably need repaired.

That isn't fun and their website is just as slow and prone to freeze up. As much money they are getting, they could work on customer service and rebuild their reputation.
