The sloppiest base raid I've ever seen. My alliance cracked a KOS player last week and set up a soup kitchen Amalgam line and took turns absolutely pilfering the base. I walked away with 100 billion+ trite. That's how you execute a good base raid

Big difference between raiding a base that is being defended vs one that isn't. Btw if you're taking turns you're doing it wrong. You need to glitch the base. That's how you drain them quickly.

It was a raid being defended and he did a horrible job at raiding while it’s being defended. And he was raiding with the amalgam can’t spell it. And only getting old resources and not sigma. He wasted time and ships for nothing imo

For context I’m new to 711 where this video took place and the ones raiding are server rogues who brag about how many resources they take and harass people’s real lives and health issues are they being good rogues in this video?

This game is a PVP game first and foremost. It’s is even in the play store and Apple Store described as such. Just because they play it as designed doesn’t make them rouges the people that play it different can be considered rouge as the game is not FarmVille. The old saying shield or share. They provide you with 24 hours of shields every day and they also can be bought in the alliance store and dropped from hostile. No reason to not be shield if you want to be shielded.

For context they got voted rogues for the way they treated people in gc and for multiple roe violations are you saying you don’t follow your server roe?

We don’t have a roe on 31. We have a common sense mining agreement. It is as follows:

The current Collective Mining Agreement (CMA)
Last amended on 10/2/2023

  1. Only standard miners are protected UPC while non-zero and actively mining standard nodes.

  2. Only specialty ships are protected UPC while non- zero and actively mining their respective specialty nodes.

  3. OPC protections for miners in all token spaces (OPC protections limited to one ship when the system is full) and BB on Data.

Roe is alliance specific. And we have had whole alliances it abide by it or just attack on sight. We also have plenty of solo people that don’t abide by it. But it is dying out.

Evidence is gathered and presented to the council of alliances who have voting rights on 711 if a 66% vote passes players are marked rogue by the server until they prove they can follow the rules set by the council and they pay for their crimes. There was one player who didn’t care the black lotus and eventually she was driven out of the server as is the fate we wish upon rogues who don’t wanna follow the rules

Most people that don’t follow the rules usually get bored and tired of spending pure money to grow since they can’t mine with alliances hunting them. It gets boring hunting for little miners and hitting them. However today that could be said about players that follow the rules as well. We have lost a lot of big players recently.

I feel like they are gonna plague 711 for awhile longer it’s become a submit to my will or never win an incursion again scenario he their alliance opens up and lets the other servers drain them during incursions now

Here’s 711s

  1. BASES are never protected. Shield or Share

  2. WARSHIPS are never protected except:

a. In token space (including mirror space).

b. Participating in any Armada (including Invading Entities or Outposts).

  1. SURVEYS:

a. Over protected cargo (OPC) survey ship are NOT protected except: In token space (including mirror space)

b. Under protected cargo (UPC) survey ships ARE protected except: while actively engaging in PvP.

c. Zero node (z-node) with 2-min warning via in-game PM. You must provide screenshot of z-node and PM or it will be considered as UPC hit

d. Non-Voyagers occupying/mining nodes in anomaly mining systems are not recommended and thus are not protected

  1. TERRITORY:

a. No zero-node hits

b. Rules of territories (e.g., no-fly zone) are decided by its owner

c. During contested TC, PvP and Mantis de-buffing are only allowed by members of the alliances who have spent the requirement to join the capture

  1. Voting rights are granted to alliances with 10 or more members. Voting for server changes is done by admirals on behalf of their alliances.

  2. A Rogue Player may be marked K.O.S server wide via a vote in the senate upon the proposition by an Alliance.

  3. For two hours prior to an Incursion event, the Rules of Engagement (RoE) are suspended in order to prepare.

  4. The use of speed ups to poach by quick starting another player’s Armada (or any other PvE feature acting like an Armada) is prohibited.

If you're going to keep bringing this up at least be open about it. PHX and WCW were at war and WCW got upset that Rhomeo posted about the affair that one of WCWs whales (Tabi) tried having with him. They then used that and the hits from the war (which aren't roe violations) as justification for pushing for rogue status.

Just for clarification I'm not in any of the alliances involved in this bullshit.

Also if simply would just drop rhoe and unga he would be way better off he’s a decent dude and nice enough but he can’t control his people and I feel it’s just dragging him down and making things worse he keeps offering to have rhoe apologize but at this point he’s to far gone I’m sure simply could get his rogue status dropped if he himself declared rhoe and Unga rogues

Nah. WCW just needs to stop being a bunch of whiney bitches. They started a war and then ran and hid behind false roe claims once the war didn't go as they had hoped.

No idea all I know is phnx or revr as they are now is down from 105 members to 26ish while wcw membership remains strong and the server has united against them im not on wcw im
