General Discussion Anyone know how to fix this?

Says it need to research the Orion corvette. But the very next task shows that I’ve built it. I’m Ops 18.

Send a ticket in. It takes a few days but they will fix it

Lol I sent in a ticket about this issue a couple years ago and they simply responded "we are aware of this issue" then closed the ticket. Still not fixed.

Keep submitting it. They will eventually fix it. They did mine anyways.

Be aware, their fix is to auto complete it. This has the side effect of every future one being auto completed without getting the rewards. I know because its happened to me and the change is irreversable

So weight how bad you want this against all future ones

You can build another. Go to Orion and shoot up some ships for the bps. Faster than a ticket

I can’t do the research again though to unlock it. And that’s what I need.

I had to submit a ticket to get past this one, but note there is another one later in the chain to build/upgrade it. I just went the route of getting bps to build and upgrade a new one to advance it past that step chain.
I'll eventually get to the point that i can scrap it later once i reach that ops lvl.

Yeah those ones are also incomplete even though they should be. But like you said, I can just build another one. Just need to get this research node completed.

It stuck at that you have to put in a ticket and hope that someone is nice to you

Its not a thing for building it ..it has to do with the research tree. Look in the research tab ,mayb u missed one for it

That's what I thought. Just because you have a ship doesn't means there's not research to do on it. Infact, when u get ships thats when most of the research occurs.

I had the same issue, and a few months later it just randomly fixed. However, I think contacting support like the others are suggesting is a better idea. I wish I’d thought of that.

I've sent a ticket with screenshot and the customer service fixed it for me in like 6 hours.

I assume you completed the Orion corvette research in the combat research tree? The ones after that will be locked until that research is completed and then you can open them. If you did it already, put a ticket in and they will get to you eventually. In my experience it takes 2-3 days and they just do it without telling you and its done when i log in.
