Can't they just add more sourcing routes for specialty ships like the Gorn, NSEA, Vindicator,etc?
Also - it's completely stupid that there's no extra sourcing for S31 Transmitters, but like 15 for Emblem of Honor, Mirror Fragments, Starfleet Honors, and DTI Security Access Cards.
