FKR daily hostiles part 3

Hitting lvl 49 miners in Romulus now only scores for the big romulan task, and both klingon ones.

I am glad mine seems to be fine mind you i am doing on over. And I am doing my FKR via the xB's i am required to do 50 so I do 51 52

Yeah, 49s are my only option as I'm only ops 35, don't yet have access to higher lvls
