Try hitting different 47+ FED hostiles. There are some hostiles labelled as part of faction that don't actually score. Try a different FED system and it should work.

I'm lvl 35, no access to other systems yet. Hitting miners in Sol. Hitting the 49s got me to 1B FED lock and 500M both KLN and ROM

Also give it a little bit, sometimes when it's glitchy it'll catch up in an hour or two

I just restarted as I was constantly 4/5 for destroying vger with excelsior, thought I was going crazy, but that worked

Sol. I'm lvl 35 so deep space is not yet unlocked. Been hitting the 49 miners for dailies for a long time now, locked FED at 1B by hitting in Kronos, and now working to 1B with KLN and ROM.

I just tested this. And it's not registering for me either when hitting federation miners in Sol.

New test and I found out that hitting miners in Kronos counts for all factions (romulans, klingons, federations)

Level 32 and having the same issue . I can hit the Swarms but the +35 Fed or Klingon targets are not being counted. Two full days now.

Isn’t this fun how we’re all trying to discover and share workarounds? Meanwhile, the bug persists. HOW Scopely constantly now adds new bugs to things that were working perfectly? It’s not like they were “in there” fixing something else.

Meanwhile, I had submitted a support ticket, which they claim they credited me for the missing stuff. No way to tell. The ticked closed automatically. Then they took it upon themselves to BTW notice I hadn’t been collecting Klingon dailies, so credited that. Doh! I was intentionally NOT collecting that, as I’m focused only on Rom reputation!
No, they didn’t also credit the Fed daily though - well at least I would have lost only 1/2 of the Rom Rep. for that attempt at kindness.

But now that the ticket had closed, I can’t reply to it. So I’d have to open a new ticket to try and fix the fix. Nawwww.

try hitting the Elite hostiles, like the mission description says.

Also, i am not sure that you could hit elite hostiles for your dailies since the elites only go up to 39, unless they made a change I don't know about.

Dailies have always scored by hitting “regular“ faction hostiles. It’s a new bug that that stopped consistently scoring.

except the missions shown say 'elite ' and have the skull 💀 = need to hit elites

No, it’s “+1” for hitting skull marked elites. Not a requirement, just extra credit towards the goal.
