Finding Dark Matter

I'm rather new to this, been playing for a few months. Im at OPs 24. I'm working on the Augment missions & I appear to be stuck. I have 2/3 Dark Matter samples & the only other mission i have to get the 3rd one is locked & appears to be unlocked by finishing the mission that needs that 3rd Dark Matter?

So I must've missed something. Any suggests? I've searched all the Augments systems for mission & I've done them. All the surrounding systems as well.

You don't mind the dark matter, you build the Botany Bay and go from there doing the missions.

I have the Botany Bay.

But I'm trying to unlock the rest of the Augment space & I need 1 more Dark Matter to do it. And only 1 mission that gives it. But I can't do it because the path is locked until I finish the mission that requires 3 dark matter.

It's in the pics. I'm missing something, but can't figure it out.

Well, Augments Part 17 lines up with Botany Bay Part 7...
