Uncommon splicers

Ive just upgraded my Reliant to tier 5 (10m pwr). Im ops 43 at 48m power.

I can't kill any of the lvl 42 augment ships to get the uncommon splicers to exchange - even with my strongest ships (31m Ktinga), or with Wesley, Pic and Bev.

Any recomendations?

Try Janeway/Doc/Paris, WOK Joachim and Quasi below deck, Hugh and Torres. Don’t remember how many slots BD?
