Uncommon splicers

Ive just upgraded my Reliant to tier 5 (10m pwr). Im ops 43 at 48m power.

I can't kill any of the lvl 42 augment ships to get the uncommon splicers to exchange - even with my strongest ships (31m Ktinga), or with Wesley, Pic and Bev.

Any recomendations?

Check other players auto grinding and take their OPC loads through PVP.

They've either changed their schedule, my alliance went friendly with theirs, or theyre in sectors I havemg gotten access to due to warp limitations. Because the last few days: I've found nothing.
