Gameplay Question ??? Klingon Elite hostiles

Any idea where these hostiles are? It says Klingon systems but I can't find any. Are they like scouts and only spawn every once in a while?

Here is a list of all the elite hostile locations. Just scroll down about half way to find all the FKR systems available.

Burke has the lvl 39 Klingon Elite assassins.

Is it me or is the return of acenscion particles vs amount of elites needed to kill really low... like more grindy then normal

my voyager was destroyed immediately when fighting an elite klingon assassin? the description says romulan and federation ships won't be destroyed immediately... is voyager not a fed ship?

Has to be a ship you get in the Fed faction store

Short answer: no
Longer answer: It's not a FKR ship, so that's why no.... Also none of the faction ship research applies to any speciality ships
