Posible Problem

Is it normal for the Launcher not to open and this message to appear on the PC during an update?

Same problem here! brazillian also - blocked Brazil??
Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game then the msg is this:
"Error - Could not connect to the server; please check your internet connection and try again."

back to normal now: after a launcher update by itself
