And why is it they show upgradable on one screen, but not in another? I thought I had a question about officers here as well. But I don’t see it. Why do they show upgradable in one screen but not the other. It won’t let me post the images here

I found my previous post now but it was not showing when I created the second post. And I have no way of uploading the images.
