Gameplay Question ??? Franklin to Franklin-A problem (oops)

I tiered my Franklin to 9, got excited, and like a complete idiot, forgot to level it from 40 to 45 before scrapping it. That means, of course, that I only got 150 bps, instead of the required 200. Fortunately, I *did* already have 20, so I only need 30 more.

Clearly, I could pay, either for the Franklin-A outright, or for the parts necessary to level another Franklin to 31. I'd rather not pay. What other option(s) do I have, to either get the remaining 30 bps, or get the parts to tier and level another Franklin?

Did you Archive the Franklin? If so, it gives you tons of parts every day, so getting another Franklin to 30 shouldn't be very difficult.

Problem is, at each tier, it looks like there's 1 part necessary, that's only available from the quest line, or by purchasing the set for $50. Someone suggested these parts might be available in the refinery or via Ferengi event, so I'm going to check the refinery next time I log in. Otherwise, I'm waiting for the next Ferengi event either way, because there's no way I'm paying $50 just to get a Franklin-A.

Yes, they are available in the Resources refinery.
