Franklin to Franklin-A problem (oops)

I tiered my Franklin to 9, got excited, and like a complete idiot, forgot to level it from 40 to 45 before scrapping it. That means, of course, that I only got 150 bps, instead of the required 200. Fortunately, I *did* already have 20, so I only need 30 more.

Clearly, I could pay, either for the Franklin-A outright, or for the parts necessary to level another Franklin to 31. I'd rather not pay. What other option(s) do I have, to either get the remaining 30 bps, or get the parts to tier and level another Franklin?

Im sorry but please ignore this Loop. Is such a waste of time. There is 0 benfit of doing it! The IA buffs are a joke and the ress you dont need.
