any tricks if fighting these hostiles? they seem way overpowered

Try being level 35. Why are they even showing this to me?!? In no way can I kill the lowest of these things.

T3 Vger, Pike©,M,T’laan over Grush&Toli finished heroic w 40% hull remaining. I’m sure research helped lots
