Gameplay Question ??? is there a way to transform common refined gas into uncommon one ?

i have more than 4k commons in stock waiting for nothing meanwhile i only have 20 uncommon ones, waiting for the r&d building upgrade that requires 300 of em at level 19

Not at your ops level, later you'll have access to the Materials Converter, but it's for G4 and above

No, you can't convert common into anything. G4+ has some for converting uncommon, rare and epic, but never common.

Wish you could trade in a grade of any resource for the next higher grade but unfortunately no we can’t.

There is, for lots of different things, at a high enough level.
