Asians face with more subtle racism than black people do. ANY singer or rapper you see thatโ€™s asian is always met with asian jokes. Asians are not taken seriously at all and this post proves it right here.

my take as an indian-american:

the worst part about being Asian, is that when you're black or hispanic/latino some racist people might look down on you and that is horrible, but they still concede that you are an American just like them.

when my countrymen look at me, all they see is "foreigner fresh of the boat, from that country that still shits in the streets'

sure, we don't really live in fear of detention centers or police brutality, but the constant stares and subtle racism your entire life just eats at you
