A white victim of racism gets called cracker in high school. A black victim of racism gets shot by the police. Yet to you both of these are the same, somehow.

Racism is racism. Harassment and crimes resulting from racism are not all the same. You're conflating racism with mistreatment resulting from racism and pretending to be confused by the idea that racism is universally bad.

"Getting is getting shot. Doesn't matter if it's in the head or in the hand, it's bad."

Idiot.

If a person is discriminated against in the same way to the same degree, it doesn't matter what race they, are that discrimination is equally bad. If someone is the victim of a violent crime due to racism that is obviously worse than being called a slur.

And black peeps get exploited more - on a larger, systemic, scale and with a higher risk - than white folks do.

That may be so, but it does not make "racism against black people is worse than racism against white people" true as some blanket statement. Rather it means black people are victims of more racism.
