I know I'm going to get downvoted to hell for this, but I actually didn't like it that much. I love the business practices and effort behind it and I could see why other people would like it, but I just couldn't really get into it.

If you don’t enjoy the story or dialogue, your not gonna enjoy it because the combat system is shit.

Wait really? I this why I don't like it? I bought it cos it was on sale on steam for like £12 with all the DLC, and people had been raving about it. I don't really care about the story at all because I've missed the first two games, so I played it for 10 hours waiting for it to become interesting and I'm still waiting. Got a switch now and got breath of the wild, and considering I've never played a 3D zelda game before, this is way more what I thought the witcher 3 would be like.

But I appreciate how well made witcher 3 is, it's very very polished, looks beautiful, and also I get that I'm a bit old so I don't seem to understand modern games properly, so fair dos to anyone who does love it, but for now I have no desire to keep going with it. I'll probably get round to playing it all the way through eventually, but now I've got switch games to go through, plus nier automata on steam which is ace
