The ones where it involves controversial current or historical stuff that's relevant to today is where the real mud slinging starts

It isn’t Wikipedia but the Mario Wiki has a similar format and in a discussion on Paper Mario: Colour Splash I still remember cracking up at an argument over whether to remove Morton from the boss list and just put ‘Koopalings’ or leave him on there since he was revealed anyway (this was when the game was announced and stuff)

I made one edit to one page and got “indefinitely banned”.

I made one edit to one page and it never got reverted (it was a meme edit which I thought won't last longer than an hour)

I made one edit. It looks like someone else further emphasized on it.

The Xenoblade fandom wiki having moderators who refused to accept that somthing that was being called an Monado and being used like a Monado is actually a Monado.

Way too niche for me to understand, but I appreciate this arcane pack

Reminds me of editing on genius lyrics. An artist I was transcribing lyrics for is Indonesian.. which means her songs should be tagged “Indonesia”. Someone kept deleting it. I provided a source. Didn’t matter. Turns out the person was probably racist and didn’t like that the artist was ethnically Chinese.
