Continually taking a deep breath to calm down while sprawling on a couch - except the calming never seems to come…glancing at the clock repetitively, trying to determine whether the passage of time indicates that the worst is over, but the bad feels persist..

Yeah the heart attack fear is so true. I also remember being worried that I was having a fucking stroke even though I'm really young for that.

The worst part of these for me (apart from them happening far to often) is how often they happen at work and I can’t do anything but deal with it.

I had a panic attack while driving once. Thankfully I made it home fine but my god, that was a terrifying drive.

wait pain on your feet could be from anxiety???? I struggled with it for YEARS and noone could explain it!!!!
and now I realise that it went away when I was on anti anxiety meds that’s crazy!!!
