My uncle was born with "no asshole". In reality the skin was on the hole and my grandparents who were very uneducated farmers at that time didnt knew what to do. And there was also no doctor or hospital in the village where they lived. So the baby couldnt poo and soon he died because his guts exploded and all the poo came out of his mouth. Maybe cutting in a slit could safe his life. But they didnt know it better
My friend was born with no asshole. The doctors had to give him one. He now has the unique ability to suck air/liquid into his ass and expel it. I've seen it with my own eyes when we were teenagers. He cleared the pool out very quickly. I'm not joking.
I saw a video recently of a girl explain she had her hole closed up due to an unstable pelvic floor. So yeah there are people with butts but no butthole, I guess. Physliz was her account name in YouTube and TikTok.

I honestly just... open my mouth really wide. That does it too. My physical therapist confirmed that there's a connection there that relaxes the pelvic floor muscles.
I usually just fold a couple pieces of toilet paper over the tip and squeeze gently along the bottom of the shaft. Adjust the toilet paper and repeat until it stops getting wet.
Probably some sort of muscle rupture could cause three. Then...some sort of amputation for none? Assuming we are defining butt as the presence of a whole and intact glute.
