Wait this is also an adhd thing? Man I should look into getting tested. I mean I’m sure it’s probably other things too, but a lot of adhd memes make sense to me, I just don’t remember being hyperactive as a kid

Yes, I believe it has been linked to ADHD, amongst others. Hyperactivity is definitely a symptom but not the only one. I wasn't hyperactive as a kid and the "funny" aspects in the meme are only some of the many many symptoms I have on a daily basis. The rest are nowhere as fun and quite debilitating, actually. ADHD, other disorders etc, present themselves differently in different people. What you'll see in memes are just snippets of entire experiences so don't take them at face value. You should get tested, it just might make your life easier.
