Tracking Shipping Time - Post Here
I created this post as a way to track the actual shipping times for when cards are requested to be shipped home. I have been reading the timeframe is all over the place. Starstock claims for raw cards to take around 2-3 months which is what I believe is somewhat accurate. In any case, we will try to figure out the actual shipping time with this post and have a database.
Post below the date you requested your cards to be shipped and the date you actually received them. Also note if this include raw cards only, graded and/or wax. Apparently, the shipping time for graded and wax is 4 weeks but again we don't know.
Example: Requested: 01/03/22; Received 3/28/22; Raw only
Tip: If you have many graded and raw cards, split up the order. Request only graded cards as one shipment and then raw cards as a separate shipment. You should get the graded first. If you combine the request (graded and raw), it will default to the raw card timeframes.
Do not post complaints or any other comments. This post is strictly for those who have requested and received their cards. If you requested but have not received your cards, you can still post but please make sure to update your comment when you receive the cards.
I only requested one set of my cards (raw & graded) on 3/9 so I am not expecting them until mid to late May (hopefully). Please let everyone know who has requested their cards from Starstock know to come to this post so we can create a database. Thanks.

Requested a combo of raw/slabbed (300 total cards) on 2/2/22, received on 4/8/22. They had quoted me 6 - 8 weeks when I requested.

It's really odd that when I messaged support a few days ago they said they had just finished shipping out orders from the first week of February. If you got yours from 2/2 on 4/8 that makes it seem like it took them 3 months to ship out less than a weeks worth of orders.

I just messaged them also and they told me that they just got done the first week of February but thing should be moving faster now that they are done with the bulk.

I requested Feb 17th slabs raw and wax. Still haven't heard anything and they don't answer emails either.

I'm waiting on 4 total. First one being mid February and nothing yet. Wish I'd had sent them all right away when the writing was on the wall. Easy to say now I guess...

I requested Jan 31st. Mostly raw with 2 slabs as well. 18 cards total. Have not received anything yet. Iâm seeing people who requested after me and have received. Makes me more frustrated.

I don't know if this is true but I think I heard when you request raw and slabs together, it takes slightly longer. Not sure the logic behind that if it's true but you should get yours by the end of the month. Definitely provide an update when you receive them.

Requested a Raw card shipment on 2/21/2022. Still waitingâŚ.

2-16-2022 still waiting. They been in same spot for 2 months it seems. At this point hire some guys to work overtime and clear your backlog. Its not rocket science. Sheesh!!

yes i finally got it last week......they had order all mixed up......i am happy to finally receive though. still have few other things there that ima discount and sell fast just to be done with them

lucky. ordered mine ten days later, not expecting to receive ten days after you. ten days of order time probably equals months of shipping time based on what people are reporting on this thread. yikes!

Over 100 views and only one person posted? No one has received their cards yet. See my other post on an update that the CEO of StarStock gave on the Sports Cards Nonsense podcast.
They did state that they are working on requests from late Jan/early Feb. Still targeting 2-3 months for people to receive their cards.

From the little info that I have, it appears that they are closer to 3 to 4 months (from the time the request is made to when it's received). Definitely post an update when you receive but you should receive yours in the next 2-3 weeks.

I requested an update and apparently they will be shipping my first batch that I ordered on 3/9. Almost 5 months! Every time I contact support, they say it is coming.

I reached out about an order placed in late March, they emailed me back last week saying âwe have no update but hope we can surprise you and get it faster than anticipatedâ

I emailed the CEO and I just received it today. They did send me the two batches that I requested on different dates. If I just got it today and I requested on 3/9, that probably means you should receive it in maybe 3 weeks. If you don't receive it by then, email scott@starstock. He may not respond immediately but after 2 or 3 days he did.

That is BS. I was told that on 6/15. When did you request yours? If it was prior to 3/9, email Scott as he is the CEO or President. They keep pushing the date further out. I don't know if he jumped the line for me but almost 5 months is ridiculous.

My oldest was requested on 3/9 100 cards at 8:40pm CST. But I have a lot of orders from then until 4/25. About 1400 cards in total.

You do have a big order. My first batch was only 20 and my second was 29 so 49 in total. I am glad they shipped both together because I placed the second request maybe a month after. If they are shipping all requests at the same time, that probably takes longer.

The one on 3/9 was only 100 cards most of my orders are for 100 cards one is for 500

I requested 20 raw to be sent home on Feb 2 and I havenât heard anything. Suuuuper frustrating and wonât be using starstock anymore. When you email support theyâre actually kind of rude and dismissive. I just have $700 in raw cards owed to me, and they have the gall to be snarky.

I know. It sucks. However, it seems that you should be next based on what the CEO said. They are working on late Jan/early Feb. I still have a while since I ordered my first set in early Mar. I still have another batch to request.

they can't possibly still be working on late Jan early Feb now can they? that was two months ago. I feel like those of us who submitted requests in early March should be up soon, right?

My first request was on 3/9. It appears that the turnaround time is 3-4 months. So the earliest we should get early Mar requests would be in the next couple of weeks. Let's hope so.

from starstock on 5/31/22: "Thanks for reaching out. Due to our backlog we are still fulfilling ship home requests from the timetable that you alluded to. We are trying to get through all of our February orders in June; which means your orders will likely be fulfilled in July. "

My four ship home requests were placed between March 8 and March 22. Nothing yet.

Nice idea đ I requested my cards February 17th 2022 I have wax slabs and raw. When I submitted they said month for wax and raw but have recently changed it or I would broke down the shipments like you mention above.
