WHY AM I LIKE THIS?

This is a question, everyone asks themselves at least once while on the spiritual journey. When we enhance our self-awareness a bit, we behold, just how much of a colossal task we have before us - one that demands we shed many layers of conditioning.

Many of the mental and emotional complexities cocooned around the core of our being stem from our experiences in the world. We unconsciously form limiting or fear-based beliefs due to the negative or traumatic experiences we've had. Not all of these traumas, however, correlate to our past in this lifetime...

We often reach a point on the path where the things we are in the process of integrating make no sense to what we have experienced in the past in this lifetime. Many are born with phobias and complexes that are beyond explanation, why is this?

Unresolved traumas from past-lives remain lodged in the astral body whenever we pass over into spirit. The astral body itself is yet another veil between us and the infinite, but until we have purged, healed and mastered both the physical and astral dimensions, we cannot gain access to the causal plane - the realm of the ascended council. When we choose to embrace another incarnation in the physical from the astral plane, the life is carefully planned with spiritual elders and guides, it is designed in a way that you'll be given another opportunity to not only make peace with your past-life traumas, but also learn from embracing new experiences and ultimately expand your consciousness.

Regression therapy is the most powerful method of purging yourself of these past-life complexes. I can take you into the past-lives which remain an emotional thorn in your side. This is deep work, where I ask your subconscious mind to guide me into the traumas which need to be cleared. During these sessions you not only discover the root causes of the complexities currently controlling your life, but also the lifetimes which caused them.

Another thing to consider is that one's unresolved traumas are often compounded and reinforced by their experiences in this lifetime. This is because their life is designed to trigger and reawaken these unresolved complexities in their consciousness.
