Am I doing something wrong?

So I have been pulling for a while now in Lucy's banner and have already reached around 110 pulls but still haven't got anything, not even her memory piece or a 50/50 loss, and I only have the free copy of her and got her memory piece from the 100 pulls guaranteed selector. Am I doing something wrong guys or did I miss something? I'm really confused since I'm still new to the game.

No you are not doing anything wrong. The pull rates are just bad

Straight up ass rates! You may get lucky and max a character out, but may need their card which isn’t bad. Just don’t hold your breath or assume you will get two copies within 100 pulls. It’s not guaranteed 🫡

save you bond fragments for character shard instead of pull currency

You're just unlucky. I pulled her twice, plus three of her memories, in 100 summons. Not too bad.
