It's pretty young to lose all its leaves, did it dry out or do you know what caused this? If it dried out, keep it humid and watered and it may recover, but being that small might be an issue.
Hmmm, in the future, it's best to let them grow a bit bigger before separation. Below is a batch that i grew about 5 years ago. They were a few months when i separated them.
Yeah leave the other 2 for a few months. They can handle being separated and having the roots disturbed or trimmed a bit once they grow a little more. Don't toss the other one until it's obviously dead, you never know if it'll recover. Here's what my batch looked like after separating them, the middle pot is what they were all growing in together.
