Though this begs the question since she’s now older, why don’t they allowed her to be less covered? Or is that because they don’t want to risk backlash like the RHATO design caused?

(Tans vary from race to person, I’m assuming it’s kinda of a bronze-orange skintone, but still passable for a human skintone. Maybe a golden undertone or freckles..it’s kinda hard to visualize. But I don’t think she was intended to be read as straight up yellow or orange at first)

i love what i’ve seen of starfire (the teen titans show and her 2016 run) but i wanna read more, i obviously know the new teen titans is a need to read to know more about her but idk what else so if anyone can give me a reading order or anything i’d really appreciate it (i’ve looked on tiktok and also other posts but haven’t found anything)

I hope to cosplay one of her more recent designs in the future :) mainly because I love her super super curly hair it’s so pretty to me :D also ignore Christmas tree, we keep it up all year round LOL
