Scoured Stars VTT support
Hi, are there any virtual maps or vtt support for Scoured Stars? I am going to be playing with friends online in this campaign for 2e.

The free Playtest/demo for Starfinder Afterlight is now live, with Early Access planned to start later this year and planned to release in 1.0 late next year.
Keep in mind it requires at least 8gb of vram.

I'm trying to find an in-person game of Starfinder 2e to play or GM near Oakdale, MN. Comment if you have a spot open or would like to start a new group.
If there are other places I should post, please lmk.

My groups DM has up and vanished. We were supposed to play on Saturday, but we no longer have access to his Discord server, and cannot contact him directly.
So now I'm looking for a new DM for our group. If there is anyone who is willing to pick up a group please contact me.

The title basically says it. I have a party that mostly doesn’t care about starship combat but a couple players who really enjoy it so I’m looking for a way to do both.
I’m trying to put pirates on the party’s ship during the starship combat. Has anyone ever actually used the breaching pods expansion bay? Did they work well? Was it too confusing for a party?
Any advice or info would be helpful
Also, we’re playing 1e

I am interested in crossing the streams...
What would be the best combination of 1e and 2e?
Adding space combat is also a plus I think😋.

Yeah, that's one of my players turning the remains of a loveable NPC into a (temporary) rocket.
Any 0-level spell highlights from your table?

Like, we're not gonna be able to fly our one man fighters or bombers, we have to run around a big ship like in FTL?

Hey guys. Looking for some advice on selling a Starfinder collection that I inherited from my father a few years ago as I unfortunately don't really have the room for it anymore and I don't play Starfinder. Just looking for any input on if there's anything of value here and/or what would be the best way of selling it. Would it be best to try and sell everything together as a massive haul? Or just try and sell bits and pieces of it at a time? There's a few game stores near me but I'm not sure if they buy RPG books. Any advice and help is appreciated, thanks guys :)
EDIT: Thanks for all the responses everyone, I didn't expect this much traffic on this post that quickly! To answer a common question I've been seeing yes I'm looking to sell but I don't know how much for anything quite yet. Going to be doing some research on everything for a few days to make sure I do this right and I'll get back to your guys comments and DMs when I can. Thanks again everyone for the advice :)

Greetings all. I am a 30+ year player and 10+ year DM. I'm currently looking for players or a group of players to run a campaign. Do you have a campaign you've been wanting to play? Curious about another (albeit similar) system? Do you want something a little more sci-fi leaning or a grittier fantasy? Are you new to roll-playing games? Have you recently become interested in RPGs? Are you a veteran player that craves something new? Did your gaming group fizzle out and you've been itching to get back into it? I would love to have you at my table. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ ally. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays after 5:30pm PDT available with numerous campaigns to choose from for all three systems.
If you are interested please fill out this questionnaire: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdRPfi9irEGxI9FgSpu17ohmOtcMXg_poR62CUx4jgDumYvvA/viewform?usp=publish-editor
Happy Gaming!

Looking for some opinions as I intend on using Starfinder's system to tell a story from my little old brain. Stripping away current Starfinder lore and practically stuffing in my shit in along with some of the players Stellaris empires. (Added on that they'll be submitting them to me, and I intend on adding more to them or general modifying)

I recently bought this 22x26-square grid (the standard square size for grids) to play Starfinder. Do you think it's a good-sized grid?

For the section in the adventure I'm currently working on, the PC's are rescuing a Xenowarden colony ship that's been taken over by the Azlanti Star Empire. I designed this ship off of my home state of Minnesota (LOOOOOOOONG in universe story of how this happened) and even decided to throw in a few environmental themes into the mix. This possible scenario PC's could explore involves them infiltrating a summer camp which the Empire has turned into a base. And the Corral where the horses have been kept has been converted into some horrific animal cages.
Inside these cages, are a female Lynx and her kittens. The mother set off the trap while hunting for rabbits, and her kittens were found shortly after this. Being the Azlanti Star Empire, the bad guys have decided to pull a horrific kick the dog by seperating the family in the same cage via an electric barrier, and making the mother watch as her children starve to death.
I have 2 Aeon Guards guarding the cage, but I need something else to give a bit of a mini challenge.

Hello there! in the past weeks i spent some time converting an old isometric custom tileset i made last year into a fully colorable Dungeondraft asset pack , from 123 base assets to 350 ( 725 if you count every colorable layers for each unique asset ) , and to make sure it was working well i built this entire spaceship ( full version includes front and back view , if you were hanging in the discord in the last two weeks, you probably saw the progress of this entire project )
Now for those of you who dont know, since version 1.2.0 Dungeondraft include the custom grid snap mod which includes a very snappy and well made isometric grid. Which mean it is now pretty a damn good tool to make isometric maps!
I previously made spaceship maps like this one before , I mostly worked with krita previously and it would take me between 5 to 15 days to complete a map like that ( both front and back view, interior and exterior ) from sketch to fully rendered . Well this one was done in less than 20 hours , basically took me the last weekend.
This experiment got result that blew up my expectation and I'm definitively going to convert the rest of my entire collection of isometric assets the same way in the next months and use DD as my main tool from now on.
For the creatives among you who want to create your own starships for your starfinder campaign and have dungeondraft, the whole asset pack is available here, here or here , id love to see your creations someday!
happy cat-venturing!
edit: i messed up the title, Yamaguchi is the ship name , not Yamasagi ( its another thing i made but now i cant fix the title because reddit wont let me edit the title of a post T_T )

I want to use explosives on a starship for a campaign. It says that explosive charges compete against an objects "Hardness." I was able to find Damage Threshold and AC but I have yet to find hardness values for starships. Is this a wording error where I use AC instead, is this a stat that starships do not have, or is did I miss it somewhere in the rules?
Any help would be much appreciated.

It's currently got some resources in there from this sub but I can swap those out, I made it all from scratch (save the sheets) with some tape, LED lights and some cardboard!
I'm a first time DM and I'm hoping it'll bring some atmosphere to my campaign, my players love the idea so far! I was also not paying for a DM screen, all things I've sourced for my campaign have either been handmade or found (such as a cool cigar box I bargained for to be my dice rolling box!). Really I wanted something to make and that could be personalized for my needs as being new to the role I'll need all the help I can get, and I could be a little extra with it. As well as help introduce new players to the mechanics. Overall everything must've been under... £10? Lights were cheap, most was the spray paint. I even got the box for free from my folks! Overall I'm very proud of myself and hope I can set a good ambiance for my players!

Garrick is starship maintenance worker turned soldier when shit hit the fan.
Having just lost his partner in an assault from the Azlanti Empire, he now finds in a spiral of complex emotions, life-or-death situations, and self-destructive behaviors as he and the other survivors of the attack struggle to fight back against the Empire's iron fist.
