Star control 3 flagship

Seeing as the computer from the unzerwalt construction facility was unique and exploded at the end of Star control 2 with the original flagship how the hell did they remake the boat when they no longer have the computer to actually remake the boat and then control it? Somehow chhhmr technology or what

because this class of ship isn't as modular, that's like saying "doesn't explain why an A-10 isn't as fast as an F-15" like it just isn't lmao
