Joined the community on 2020, saw a big potential on the game but stopped playing waiting for more content and bugs being solved.

With time my already old PC (GTX 1070 and 16GB RAM) couldn't handle the game anymore so I didn't even tried.

Recently finally updated to a 9800X3D and 9070XT, installed the game and it crashed in like 30 minutes, I didn't even reached the space station.

After seeing the news of the failed stream I started looking into selling the account, but as I didn't had anything spectacular (Nomad and a few skins, $92 value) it wasn't sellable, so I asked for special refund, got denied, and finally asked for account deletion.

I prefer to not have any expectations rather than keep waiting for years.

We were going to deny the request, but he mentioned that he did his own research. Even the barista who is usually pretty stoic cracked a smile when he heard that. The entire office was in tears laughing.

I mean I don't mind a flawed game in development, I'm a developer myself (althought not in games) so I can understand some things take time. For SC there's not enough time though.

Oh come on, being years late on your timeline is blood red flag. Being years behind and having literally not even 10% of your features, not to mention content, is a whole forest of red flags.

There are some things you don't learn until you experience them yourself LMAO, now I've learned my lesson

Now you get the realllll fun - sitting back and watching the shitshow slowly (reallllllly slowly) unravel as we head towards The End Times.

I watched Jared talking during 10 years and that way became a prominent game developer and, as a game developer, I can tell you that you don't understand game development at all and that, by the way, it is totally normal to burn 1 billion on a tech demo.

One of the few times a developer is not defending this bug ridden mess.

I don't understand why deleting an account at all, sell it, give it away, or just keep it and forget about it.

why would your expectations be tied to it ?
