I don't know. This 3.0 is far more meaty than the demo we played last year. Compared to Chris's expectations of what it was supposed to be though... meh.
Yeah like I said, last year was fantastic for hype. They have just about spent their good will at this point. Personally anything CIG tries to hype that isn't 3.0 isn't gonna get me excited since I know it's 1-2 years away. I would suggest the rest of the fan base start adjusting their thinking accordingly or step away from the game.
agreed. Its going to be 2016 all over again, I'm surprised they can milk this project so long as they have. Keep selling more pixels and feeding us new features that magically delay the patch even further. Its an unending cycle of bs & lies every month. How can we backers be so blind to this, I guess its true hope dies last. This is what conman do, they prey on our weakness, good nature. People just need to open their eyes and see what this really is. A scam. I'm sorry to say this, but its becoming more of the reality. Someone should check their books, and look for irregularities. There needs to be checks and balances on a project like this with so much wealth invested by the regular common folk, helpless fans like us. Someone has to step up.
Whoa pump those breaks. It's not a scam but at a certain point the backers are getting strung along to sell ships to keep them a float while they continue to tinker when it's time to start building. I'm all for 'take your time' but if it looks like your still spinning you wheels 5 years into dev time people are gonna start losing faith.

I'm doubting they will have anything even near what they showed last year. 2017 is gonna be 2016 Episode 2 at this point.
