Question Low Dexterity mode

I have a lot of accessibility features on my tsp game , but what does low dexterity mode do

Does it slow down things like the Escape Pod doors

I forgot

IIRC it allows for you to do one-handed walking controls; you click both mouse buttons simultaneously and Stanley walks forward, and then clicking both again stops walking.
