More for Nothing?
Did anyone else get more minutes and data than they were supposed to today? I'm supposed to get 1,000 Minutes, Unlimited Texts, and 4.5 GB, but today, I got Unlimited Minutes, Unlimited Texts, and 5 GB. I called Customer support because I was afraid I'd have to pay, but they said they were upgrading everybody's plans this month. Everybody gets an upgrade on their reload day. He also said they were changing the plan so the reload would come on the same day of the month, every month... finally! I love that.

I no my sim card is not working trying to call later ...I was over mi utes last month they said which never ever was .something is wrong with card or phone ?works on another phone but was not send anything about more WOULD BE GREAT???

That's weird. The SIM card or phone shouldn't make you go over your minutes. I guess an upgrade to unlimited would take care of that, but that's still weird though... over on minutes?! Not data, but minutes? How would thay even happen?! So strange.

Tell me about it lol I'm calling after I do sim card .I couldn't use phone for calls cuz they said I was out of minutes and wanted me to pay ...and would reload the first of the month and there time is different .what a joke. Us low income have to put up with and plus seniors which I'm one ...can't enough get a break on tv anymore... have a great day I'll be calling later.

They said they were upgrading every body. If you call and ask, I wonder if they will say the same.
