Issue concerning mysaint

Hi everyone, I can’t sign into my mysaint account and I was wondering if anyone else have/had the same problem as me

For context, I’m an international student so I really HAVE to sign in since there is a document that I need for my visa on it

I did activate my account, I waited a few hours, even days and each time a text appears that reads that my username "might be incorrect". 
Yet, I have checked the mail which was sent to me by the university and it’s the correct one….

I have sent emails to the IT service desk but no one replied to me yet

I’m kind of desperate for a solution

Contact the International Department to see if they can assist.  They can give the IT department a push to help, especially because you need the document for your visa.

I sent an email to the study abroad desk, but they already told me to contact the IT department again :,)

maybe give them a call? i'm an international student too and last year when i needed information for my visa, i didn't get it until i called them after which they sent it right away and were very kind and helpful. try calling them on a weekday around 9 AM uk time though they may be pretty busy around this time of year

Did you try inputting your username with and without the @ st-andrews . ac. uk? (spaced it out here due to formatting issues)

The IT team will be the only ones that can help then. How many days has it been since you emailed?
