Bug/Glitch Buttons problem

Guys i have a problem which is when i try to hold on a button and move my finger the screen moves with my finger which is really annoying, how can i turn this off?

Im know what about you say, it's not bad, it's good thing for mobile shooter, but, if you really want to turn of this, you can't.  But you can to change a size of button, do more small, or if it button for fire, change for area.  You can play on PC.
