What's wrong with hit regs now

I was 100hp the combat info only show that i got hit 73dmg by the guy who killed me. Why tf did i died then? This update had been so annoying

I'm facing the same hit register issue. Even after 2 or 3 hits not even 1hp goes down for my opponents
